When will I receive confirmation that my mortgage loan is paid in full?

A mortgage discharge or satisfaction of mortgage will be prepared and mailed, or electronically delivered, to your county for recording within 30-90 days of the paid in full date. The original, recorded discharge will be sent to the mailing address on record at the time of payoff.
